Prices on our website include VAT which is charged on all UK orders at the standard rate of 20%. This is shown as a breakdown at checkout.
REFUND OR REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacements will be issued on any damaged/faulty products if reported to us within 30 days of receipt. We do urge customers to inspect all orders as soon as they arrive and report any damages immediately as we cannot accept items back once they have been used or modified in any way.
If you change your mind after a product has been made or shipped we unfortunately cannot accept returns for these if the product is customised in any way (colour, word, font etc). We can accept returns for products that havent been customised as long as they are returned to us within 30 days in the original re-saleable condition they were shipped out in.
Prices quoted are current as of this date, but we reserve the right to make alterations as necessary without notice. We may not be able to accept an order if there has been a pricing or product description error on the website
Colours of items may vary with each shipment, however we try to keep
these to the smallest margins.
Supplied as the package amount states. These packages cannot be broken
or mixed colours supplied so as to make up a larger quantity for the lower price.
Due to the range of stock sold and our various sale platforms, occasionally we may bot be able to supply stock due to shortages. We try to carry enough stock to cover requirements and always try to keep the website as up to date as possible.
Faulty goods will be replaced if proven faulty in manufacture, but no liability
will be accepted for consequential loss or damage of any description in respect of goods sold. We do not guarantee the suitability of any product for any specific purpose.
